Lullaby Lucy Free Resources

I am passionate about all areas of childcare. My early years were spent creating engaging invitations to play. What I've observed over the last 10 years is how play can affect all areas of child development. Importantly it can really affect a child's sleep and their ability to relax at nap and bedtime.

I find this most notable during the times of suspected Sleep regression at 8, 12, 18 and 22 months. These regressions are normally due to a child trying to PROgress and struggling to achieve their aims. Play is an invaluable way to help emotionally, socially and physically.

I hope that these resources inspire you to create "invitations to play" to help your little ones achieve their daily goals. They are also a time to reduce anxiety and give you a chance to bond! Enjoy!
